The outstanding record of undergraduate students from the Walsby group continues in this competition!
Both Aryan and Daniel won $500 towards conference travel for their outstanding presentations and research performance: Daniel Scutt presented his Chem 481 work titled "Ruthenium Arène Complexes with Phenol Benzimidazole Ligands Targeting Anti-Cancer Activity” Aryan Houshmand presented his Chem 484 work titled "Bridging Bioactive Molecules to Ferrocene for Antimicrobial Activity" This national award was presented to Kate for her outstanding thesis work. She will be giving a special award lecture at the CIC meeting in Quebec City in May. Well done Kate - we are very proud of you!
